Friends of Norris Green Park is a newly formed & constituted umbrella organisation that is working to create opportunities and an action plan, to improve the park and maximise opportunities for this beautiful public green space that is an asset locally and for all of Liverpool. We seek to work in partnership with all existing local organisations that have a passion for Norris Green and all residents (both long standing and newcomers to the area, regardless of tenure) to attract new funding and support.
The FoNGP group exists to:
- Make Norris Green Park a safe, green and clean place for use by the local community and people of Liverpool.
- Engage people in the history of the park and local heritage associated with Norris Green.
- Work together, and also with other local organisations, to create enterprising opportunities that will help to make the park more sustainable in the longer term.
